Maeve McRitchie RN – Business Manager
Maeve joined LTS in February 2016 as a Practice Nurse, having obtained her Adult Nursing degree and accumulating experience in both an acute medical and surgical hospital setting. In May 2017, Maeve was promoted to Business Manager as her management, interpersonal skills and incredible ability to strive for excellence had not gone unnoticed. In her new role she now focuses on the day-to-day operation of the clinic as well as both business and staff development. Maeve is also responsible for ensuring that the very highest standards of patient care are maintained and our patients journeys are as smooth and stress free as possible.
Natalie joined LTS in August 2015 as a Practice Nurse, having gained her 1st Class Honours degree in Adult Nursing. Prior to joining the clinic, she refined her practice within the ICU setting and has therefore developed an extensive specialist knowledge of both intensive and critical care. Natalie’s experience gained throughout her career progression to date has allowed her to contribute positively as a member of our exceptional nursing team at LTS. In 2016 Natalie qualified as a electrolysis therapist and is able to offer pain free electrolysis under local anaesthetic. Natalie always strives to keep the team smiling with her wicked sense of humour and crazy dance moves!
Phyllis joined LTS in September 2017 as a Practice Nurse, having gained her Adult Nursing Degree in 2015. Prior to joining the clinic, Phyllis obtained wide-ranging clinical experience in Neurosurgery, Acute High Dependency and Critical Care. She endeavours to be a warm and welcoming presence at the clinic. Utilising the skills and knowledge she has acquired thus far, she aims to give the best possible care and experience to all her patients here at London Transgender Clinic.
Hannah joined LTS in January 2015 having previously worked in Spa’s in London and Kent. She is a fully trained skin and body therapist but decided she preferred the administrative side of dealing with patients. Having joined as a Receptionist, she has since been promoted and is now able to put her knowledge and experience to good use working as a Senior Practice Administrator.
Alexandra joined LTS in January 2016 having come to England from Hungary more than 12 years ago to study English at Bromley College, then Italian at Westminster University. Alexandra worked in the hospitality industry for 9 years, gaining experience as a Team Leader and moved on to work in an NHS practice in 2014 as a Receptionist/Medical Administrator. Alexandra decided she wanted to experience work in the private sector and joined LTS as Practice Administrator in January 2016.
Lucy joined LTS in December 2016 as a Receptionist. Her previous experience included working as a receptionist at a spa and cabin crew for Easy Jet. Lucy’s previous employment has enabled her to enhance our patients experience of excellent customer service. Lucy enjoyed administrative tasks and the beauty industry as a spa receptionist and therefore decided to start a new journey and join the clinic to learn more about surgery and aesthetics.
Aisling joined LTS in May 2017 as a Receptionist. Originally from Ireland, Aisling has previous experience working as a receptionist in a Spa and at Toni & Guy, where she has gained excellent customer service skills. Aisling is a fully trained beauty therapist and decided that LTS would be the next step in her career to develop her experience in the cosmetic and aesthetic industry.
Harry joined LTS in November 2017 as our newest member of the team. A previous undergraduate at Southampton University, he changed career path and recently completed a professional diploma in digital marketing. With previous experience in technical jobs he works closely with the business administration team helping organise and coordinate LTS Marketing & IT, ensuring the clinical team can focus on providing patient care and the administration team can deliver excellent customer support.
