How is Buttock Enhancement, Enlargement performed?

Published on January 10, 2018 by

Buttock Enhancement can be achieved using buttock implants or autologous fat grafting and a combination of both. What is the best option for you will depend on your goals and your anatomy/shape. With buttock implants a small incision is made in the buttock crease ( lower spine). The implants are placed in between the gluteal (buttock) muscles. Drains are placed which will remain for 5 days. With Autologous fat grafting, fat can be harvested from the abdomen, flanks, lower back and other areas where excess fat is available. The harvested fat is specially prepared to produce a very high quality fat graft before being injected into and around the buttocks. With both procedures, a support garment must be worn for 6 to 12 weeks after surgery.
